CeFHA is established in the year of 1999 and Registered in the year 2002. CeFHA is working in 60 villages, covering 3282 families in Visakhapatnam. The major interventions are Community health, Children empowerment (health Education); Sustainable agriculture, Energy , Skills & Technology and Gender Development(SHGs)

CEFHA is a Non-Governmental organization committed to the empowerment of Children, Women and communities especially the Indigenous Communities (Adivasis, Dalits and Fisher-folk).
Its focus on to work for the educational, Health, Social and Cultural Development of the people on rights based and result Oriented approach, self governance and ownership of the development process.
It also works with victims of Natural calamities.
Identifying the skills knowledge & wisdom of the people, it promotes the suitable technologies in the area.
It focuses on the issues of Children Rights, Human Rights and
Gender Justice towards building a just and sustainable society.

CeFHA pursues a rights-based approach to empowering communities, especially women and children, within the framework of the Indian constitution, in dynamic roles as both a tributary and a distributary to the communities, and as an extension and a critique of the State.

- To work for the moral, Educational, Health and Social Development of children, women and indigenous communities - in particular, Adivasis, Dalits and fisherfolk
- To establish Educational Institutions, and widow & old-age homes
- To promote and strengthen decentralized management of natural resources through sustainable Land, Water, Forest management and Agricultural practices
- To upgrade the traditional skills through value based technology and intervention for developing self reliance and market interfaces
- To generate awareness on Human Rights and promote issue-based networking, advocacy and alliance building
